THIS LIFE THREATENING DISORDER IS ONE OF THE EASIEST TO AVOID WITH PROPER NUTRITION. IT CAN ALSO BE THE BODY’S HARDEST TRIP TO RECOVERY, IF YOU MAKE IT AT ALL. SO IT’S BEST AVOIDED.

ILLNESS CATEGORIES:

1: Simple Malnutrition, 3: Blockages

SUPPLEMENTS NEEDED FOR PREVENTION:

Rutin, Soya Lecithin

Both kinds of stroke—aneurysm and blood clot—are caused by nutritional deficiencies. That means if you provide your body with this missing nutrition, you need never worry about having a stroke. The only exception would be a stroke caused by an actual brain injury.

Like a lot of disorders, stroke used to be associated only with the aging process—people 60 and over.

But in contemporary times stroke victims are increasingly younger, even in their 20s. Model Hailey Bieber had one at 25; Pittsburgh Penguin ice hockey player Kris Letang at 26; Project Runway designer Brittany Allen at 29; New England Patriots football player Terry Bruschi at 31; actor Sharon Stone at 43.

A third of all strokes occur in people under 60. Meaning that the risk to people in the prime of their lives is now considerable and higher than ever. Currently, stroke is the second leading cause of death worldwide in younger people, and a major cause of disability in that same group.

In addition to the nutritional supplements recommended below, it would be helpful to avoid risk factors leading to stroke that can be easily controlled with a little personal discipline.

These risk factors include high cholesterol, high blood pressure, type-2 diabetes, drug and alcohol abuse, smoking, and obesity. Note that all of these risk factors for stroke are the direct result of poor diet or poor life choices.

More than 90 percent of physical disorders afflicting humans can be completely controlled and cured with nutrition. Up to and including the big two: heart disease and cancer. I would say 100 percent, but I know that absolutes don’t exist on this planet.

And don’t use the crutch of an illness belonging to inherited genes, outside your control. All you really inherit is poor eating habits passed down. Habits that you can change to avoid any family illness.

It’s all about nutrition. Your body was constructed from the food your mother ate while carrying you to term. It makes sense that the same thing that built your body can be used to repair almost anything that goes wrong with it.

Too many people treat their car, hairstyle, and wardrobe better than their body. They act as though they have a spare body hanging in the closet that they can switch out when the original fails. Not true.

Your body is all that separates you from death’s darkness. It permits you to experience this beautiful world we live in. Yet too little consideration is given to its needs, until it turns on you and pays you back for your years of neglect. Make no mistake, it will get you in the end if you don’t feed it well.

Proper nutritional intake is an investment in your future and will most definitely add years to your life. Just as poor nutrition will certainly shorten it, and make your final days miserable ones.

Start today. Don’t be the person who has to almost lose their life to understand how important good health is to that life. Stroke is a wretched disorder. Even if you live you may lose faculties that let you enjoy your time here. Don’t take that chance. Stroke can be avoided with nutrition. Start today.

● TYPES OF STROKE OVERVIEW ●

There are two types of stroke, both occurring in the brain, and that is why they are such a devastating medical event. So much of who you are is dependent upon what’s happening in your brain.

Aneurysm Stroke is a ruptured or torn blood vessel in the brain that causes spillage, bleeding that destroys brain cells and the mind and body functions associated with those cells.

Blood Clot Stroke is a wad of hardened fatty deposits in a brain artery that blocks blood from reaching brain cells, thereby destroying them and the mind and body functions associated with those cells.

One type causes too much blood to invade the brain (aneurysm), while the other causes too little blood to be present for proper functioning (blood clot). Both are equally dangerous and equally easy to avoid with the right nutrition.

• ANEURYSM STROKE •

This type of stroke is directly connected to the strength of the walls of the arteries that carry blood to your brain. If the walls are thin and weak they will rupture and tear easily and won’t be able to hold the blood inside. Aneurysm stroke is a direct result of blood spilling out of a brain artery.

Since the core reason for an aneurysm is a weak blood vessel wall, to easily prevent this type of stroke all you have to do is strengthen the walls of your arteries. If they are strong they won’t rupture, burst, or tear during normal use, and you will never have an aneurysm stroke, except for a traumatic injury causing one.

Recommended Supplement To

Prevent Aneurysm Stroke

A single supplement, Rutin, will strengthen the walls of your arterial system and prevent more than aneurysm stroke.

While you are taking Rutin, you will also see an end to bleeding gums, nose bleeds, rosacea, hemorrhoids, and any other disorder associated with weak blood vessel walls. And there are many. Unfortunately, Rutin is not a well known or popular vitamin, but it will work fast to strengthen and protect your artery walls.

Rutin is part of the Vitamin C Complex, which also may include citrus bioflavonoid, hesperidin complex, rose hips, acerola, alfalfa, and barley grass—all high in Vitamin C. Rutin is best assimilated when taken with Vitamin C Complex, which is its support supplement in preventing aneurysm stroke.

In ten days of daily maintenance doses of Rutin, your protection against aneurysm stroke will be strong.

If you have a serious disorder like hemorrhoids that bleed badly, making you a candidate for surgery, therapeutic doses of Rutin can bring relief in that same time period, even preventing the need for surgery in most cases.

Recommended Brand And Strength of

Rutin To Prevent Aneurysm Stroke

RUTIN: Puritan’s Pride 500 mg each, Item No. 1561

VITAMIN C COMPLEX: Puritan’s Pride 1000 mg ea, Item No. 3140

Rutin Dosage Schedule

If you have no signs of weak blood vessels you can take a maintenance dose of 3 tablets twice daily at breakfast and dinner for a daily consumption of 3000 mg Rutin. You may take more if you wish, but do not take less.

If you already have signs of weak blood vessel walls as discussed above, you need a larger, therapeutic dose to deal with all of that and still protect yourself from aneurysm stroke. Take 5 tablets twice daily at breakfast and dinner for a daily consumption of 5,000 mg Rutin.

Two weeks after all symptoms of other weak blood vessels disappear, you may revert to a maintenance dose.

Vitamin C Complex Dosage Schedule

If you are taking a maintenance dose of Rutin, supplement that with 1 tablet Vitamin C Complex twice daily, every time you take Rutin. Giving you a daily dosage of 2,000 mg Vitamin C.

If you are taking a therapeutic dose of Rutin, supplement that with 2 tablets of Vitamin C Complex twice daily, every time you take Rutin. Giving you a daily dosage of 4,000 mg Vitamin C.

It’s better to take Vitamin C with the additional elements than it is to take Vitamin C alone. But if straight up C is all you can get, that will do fine.

• BLOOD CLOT STROKE •

Your arteries are channels that transport nutrition to all parts of your body. It is important that these channel be kept open—especially for the brain and heart—because any blockage will impede the passage of elements you need to continue to live.

Certain foods are impossible for your body to break down. They leave behind fatty deposits that harden and when coupled with other organic debris are stored in various places throughout your body. Places they don’t belong, and where their presence causes a variety of harms:

If the debris is stored on your artery walls, it can lead to stroke and heart attack.

In your joints, it contributes to arthritis pain and immobility.

In your lungs, it causes excessive mucous congestion.

In your sinus, it will give you a stuffy nose and headaches.

On your skin, it causes bumpy rashes, excessive itching, and contributes to acne.

In your eyes it can lead to glaucoma when it clogs the drainage system there.

These are just some of the areas where lecithin will clean out organic debris and plaque that plugs up your body’s systems.

If you consume a lot of saturated fats, red meat, and refined foods, you probably have high cholesterol. Meaning that fatty deposits have already formed on your artery walls.

Over time these deposits harden and snag other calcified elements floating by in the blood stream, continuing to grow and expand until a blockage forms—a wad of material waste that prevents blood from flowing freely.

If this wad of hardened fatty deposits breaks free of the artery wall and floats into the bloodstream, it can become a bona fide blood clot capable of blocking the flow of blood entirely when it encounters other deposits in an already partially blocked section of an artery.

As with any disorder, to prevent and cure it you have to focus on the core reason why it happens. For blood clot stroke the core reason is a blockage to the flow of blood caused by a build up of hardened fatty deposits.

The only way to avoid a blood clot is to take a supplement that emulsifies the wad, prevents it from growing by keeping the particles in suspension, until the body can eliminate them safely.

Recommended Supplement To

Prevent Blood Clot Stroke

Lecithin is a natural substance extracted from soybean oil. Its ability to keep organic particles in suspension makes it an incredibly valuable food supplement.

Lecithin cleans out blockages anywhere in your body and is one of the most important food supplements for good health and longevity.

There are hundreds of disorders like blood clot stroke that are caused by blockages, and Lecithin will eliminate all of them.

Each Lecithin molecule binds with an organic waste molecule and thereby prevents the particles from clumping together and forming hardened deposits that can turn into blood clots and other blockages.

Lecithin is derived from different sources, including soybean oil, sunflower, and egg yolk. I recommended soya lecithin, because it works the best. I recommend Puritans brand, because their soya Lecithin contains a minimum equivalent of 61 percent phosphatides in each 1200 mg softgel.

This is important, as the value of a Lecithin product is determined by the percentage of phosphatides it contains. Phosphatides activate the fat emulsifying process in the body. If you take a lecithin product that is less than 61 percent phosphatides it will not work as an emulsifier.

I don’t know what the other Lecithins have by way of phosphatides. I do know from trying them all that only Puritans soya lecithin works the way I have described here.

Recommended Brand & Strength of

Lecithin To Prevent Blood Clot Stroke

LECITHIN: Puritans softgels, 1,200 mg each, Item No. 300 or 303

Puritans granules, 1 rounded tablespoon = 6 softgels, Item No. 1064

Lecithin Dosage Schedule

For prevention of blood clot stroke take 6 softgels at breakfast or dinner, for a daily consumption of 7,200 mg. As many days as you can, also take 1 rounded tablespoon of granules.

If you know you have high cholesterol or suspect it because of your diet choices, take 6 softgels twice daily, at breakfast or lunch, then again at dinner for a daily consumption of 14,400 mg. As many days as you can, also take 1 rounded tablespoon of granules.

Granules are best used in a blender drink, as they do not mix well or easily with liquids.

• NOTES •

I recommend Puritans nutritional supplements, because they are the finest quality, and competitively priced. I also admire their community friendly business plan of offering sales of buy 1 get 1 or 2 free. Buy 2 get 3 or 4 free. There is no better maker of food supplements.

You may take more lecithin than recommended here, depending on the circumstances, but don’t take less. I usually take 6 lecithin softgels daily. And three times a week I add a tablespoon to a blender drink. But if I eat a high cholesterol meal, like Thanksgiving, I double or even triple that amount.

You can also take more Rutin and Vitamin C if you wish. All the supplements I discuss here and elsewhere are food, meant to supplement what you eat—to make it more nutritious. They won’t hurt you. They’re food.

The process by which lecithin is created from soybean oil prevents it from having any hormonal impact on your body, woman or man.

Lecithin will not cause the wad of material in an arterial blockage to break off in large pieces and actually create a blood clot blockage. The hardened fatty deposits are broken down and eliminated at a molecular level.

IF YOUR GUMS BLEED EVERY TIME YOU BRUSH OR HAVE YOUR TEETH CLEANED, YOU MAY HAVE A BIGGER PROBLEM

CATEGORY: 1: Simple Malnutrition

RECOMMENDED SUPPLEMENT: Rutin

The problem is that if you have blood leakage in your mouth, it means you also have blood leakage elsewhere in your body that you can’t see, such as, in your brain where it can manifest as a brain aneurysm or a “ruptured” blood vessel stroke.

Expanding or collapsed blood vessels are also a sign of weak walls, and show up in your cheeks as rosacea, which is an enlargement or ballooning of blood vessels there, and of course in your legs as varicose veins.

With strong blood vessel walls none of these disorders, including bleeding gums, is possible. If you have sufficient Rutin in your system at all times, your hygienist can poke away in your mouth without a drop of blood showing up. Know that you are in big trouble if your gums bleed with just normal tooth brushing.

It’s a simple concept: Anything that is closed off must have walls.

Consider then the nature of walls, to keep things separated. In your body your blood vessel walls keep your blood from seeping into other tissue and causing damage.

Your arterial system of arteries and capillaries—that take blood away from the heart and distribute it throughout your body, and veins—that return blood to the heart for replenishment, also has walls. It is a closed system.

You will never attain 100 percent non leakage in your arterial system; it’s just something that happens. But with strong arterial walls you can have the barest minimum of leakage.

Rutin is part of the C Complex, which includes Vitamin C, Citrus Bioflavonoid, Rutin, Hesperiden Complex, and sometimes Acerola, Alfalfa, and Barley Grass.

Vitamin C is water soluble, and therefore cannot be stored in your body. Meaning, it washes out of your system everyday and must be replenished everyday. Since you will be taking larger doses of Rutin, which is part of C Complex, you will also need to take a maintenance dose of Vitamin C Complex.
