Hi Lynn, I have a good friend who is and has suffered with daily headaches for a year now. He does suffer from allergies and had surgery inside his nose for that reason. It helped, but the pain has returned worse. He’s seen several doctor’s with no success, and endless prescriptions for depression, headaches, ect…MRI and scans show no abnormalities. I am reaching out to you for your advice on what could possibly help or cure him ?.
Thanks
Oren
Hi Oren,
It could be something as simple as dehydration, that he is not drinking enough water. A lot of people stop migraines at the beginning by grabbing a bottle of water and drinking profusely. It could also be that he doesn’t get enough sleep on a regular basis.
Migraines are tricky: one person I know got a migraine every time she got angry because she was raised in a strict family that didn’t permit her to show anger. So she had to suppress it and that would cause a migraine. After years of therapy where she learned to express her anger she no longer gets them. If the water doesn’t work for your friend, and he gets enough sleep, I suggest a paid consultation, because it will take a lot of back and forth to solve the problem. I don’t think it has anything to do with allergies.

Hi Lynn, please could you do a post about perioral dermatitis?
Hi Ana,
I’m going to be writing more posts in 2016. I’ll be publishing one on weight loss next month. I would certainly consider doing one on perioral dermatitis. Rather than make you wait though…for now I would suggest the following: (1) check out any cosmetics, lipsticks, lotions, etc. that you are using as they might be the trigger. Make sure you are not using anything on your face or neck that contains steroids. (2) Take Royal Jelly 500 mg, Bee Pollen 1000 mg, and Vitamin C 1000 mg, two each, twice daily, to strengthen the immune system. (3) Take Beta Carotene 25,000 IU, 10 softgels twice daily, to stop any inflammation, and (3) Take Rutin 500 mg, 4 tablets, twice daily to strengthen the walls of the capillaries in the area.

Got a Question: Ended Up Kissing This Girl And Ever Since Had Fatigue And Throat Pain. Alfalfa Helps Along Vitamin C. Goat Milk Helped Most Any Ideas?
Also Have Allergies And Zyrtec Helped To Some Degree But Same Symptoms Since 3 Years Ago On Throat Weirdness.
Also When In So Much Pain Take Alfalfa Vitamin C And Feels Like Someones Tickling My Throat But The Pain Goes Away.
Also Have Tried L-Lysine But Got Weak Tried 2000Mg Daily Most And Lowered to 500MG Daily And Still Fatigue And Throat Pain
Hi Jimmy,
Just found your email. It sounds like Mono, which is a virus treatable with L-Lysine. Read Blog 11, which discusses virus’ generally. https://lynncapehartwellness.com/2011/04/04/blog-11-herpes-2/
Thanks for writing, Lynn
Hi Jimmy,
If you’re connecting your health problems to a kiss have yourself checked for mononeucleosis. That’s what it sounds like. That would be taken care of with L-Lysine, 1000 mg tablets, 4-5 tablets twice daily, breakfast and dinner. I don’t know how much L-Lysine you’re taking now, but if it’s already this high and still not working, add an afternoon dose of 4-5 tablets. It will definitely stop mono. You have to continue the high doses for a full week after you’re not feeling any more symptoms in order to ensure the virus is completely out of your system. Then reduce to a maintenance dose of 2 tablets twice daily.
Thanks for writing, Lynn.
Hey there! I simply wish to offer you a big thumbs up for your great information you have right here on this post. I will be returning to your site for more soon.
Thanks, Virgil.
Hi Lynn, I like your blog! Could you do a post about hyperhidrosis? I get excessive sweating in my hands, feet, and armpits.
Hi Jason,
So glad yopu like my blog, and hope you are telling people about it. Yes, I will do some research on Hyperhidrosis and write a blog on it. Look for it soon, probably somewhere in Blogs 31-35.
Thanks for writing, Lynn.
